PUL Fabric: This is what makes DFG shields waterproof. We add one layer to the inside of the shield, allowing the girls a moisture barrier between themselves and their clothing.

Flannel Fabric: These are just some choices I thought were nice. The most basic is the wide white flannel. If choosing other flannels, please make sure they are 100% cotton and "quilter's quality". The liners are washed a LOT and in pretty harsh conditions, so they need to be quality, durable fabric.
